Depending on your choice of vehicle, we offer contracts for 1 to 12 month durations.
Our aim is to provide a transparent quotation, the prices for vehilces are the rental prices only, in addition we will charge you a small set up fee and the cost of delivery, collection and inspecting the vehicle at the end of the rental. These costs can be paid as one off's or spread across the hire.

Yes, it is usually equivalent to just one month’s payment, payable with your order by credit or debit card. The deposit is refundable at the end of the contract.
The first month’s payment is due on the day of delivery and includes a small setup fee, subsequent payments are made on the same day each month by direct debit.
For contracts of 3 months or longer, we prefer to supply brand new vehicles. There are occasions when we can offer great deals on slightly older models.
In order to supply the vehicle, we will require your driving licence (both parts if it is the new style) and/or photo ID, a bank or credit card statement and a utility bill. The latter two forms of ID must be dated within the last three months.
Simply contact us before the end of your initial rental period and we will extend the rental as required, although this may involve a change of vehicle.
We can deliver anywhere mainland in the UK , alternatively you can collect from Cardiff The cost of delivery will be calculated using your post code.
We run a variety of mileage options to suit your requirements, however the normal allowance is usually 2000 miles per month.
Yes, we can include comprehensive cover in your rental, please ask an adviser for an inclusive rate and current conditions.
We have many vehicles available immediately and for new vehicles, delivery is usually between 2 and 3 weeks. Please be advised that special orders may take a little longer.
Yes, providing you tell us in advance when and where you are going so that we can supply the necessary paperwork and additional breakdown cover.

All of our vehicles are supplied with a free phone number for full breakdown cover. For technical problems, please contact the relevant dealership.
Yes, we require 1 month’s notice and a minimum 3 month charge may apply on some larger vehicles.
Not on new vehicles. This is because the cars are new and any work should be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Servicing will not be required unless you exceed your mileage allowance. In the event of a problem with the vehicle, the manufacturer can supply you with a temporary vehicle, however this is at their own discretion but we will are here to help and assist in sorting out any issues. Maintenance is provided on used cars and the level of provision will be explained on the order form.
If you have opted for us to provide your insurance – you must notify us within 4 working hours and we will make arrangements for the inspection and repair of the vehicle.
If you have opted to provide your own insurance – you are required to notify the insurance company according to their conditions and we require notification within 8 working hours. We strongly recommend you use our repairers – call 029 20 462097
